In 2021, CarePass®, the subscription loyalty program offered by CVS was looking to acquire more members and increase benefit awareness for existing members. Starting with ‘Mom’s Little Secret’ TV spot which resulted in 1.4 million new enrollments in Q1, averaging 20,000 daily. The spot garnered 585 million impressions and over 8 million views on YouTube, highlighting its effectiveness and reach. The 30-second spot was my first broadcast experience, where I contributed to every aspect from concept to directing. The campaign then spreading to paid and owned channels, the creative successfully drove acquisition and lowered attrition among current members.
